How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–8 business days. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on every order. Delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@driveoro.com. We'll review your request and provide return instructions if a return is required.
My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email support@driveoro.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos or a short video showing the issue. We'll work quickly to provide a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled before they enter fulfillment. Once an order has begun processing or shipped, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@driveoro.com.
